Terms of Service

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, please let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning service, and we will go back to clean again. SouthBay Maids takes all of our clients’ concerns very seriously and will do everything we can to address those concerns at the clients’ earliest convenience.

We commit ourselves to customer satisfaction and make sure we resolve all concerns before they turn into issues. If any problems happen during your service, please do not hesitate to call (424) 262-9990, so we can correct the situation. Please call with any need, including communication issues, big cleaning instruction changes, and requests to extend cleaning services beyond necessary hours. We want to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. For payments made by credit card, an authorization will be made prior to service. Please refer to your bank or card issuer for their terms of service regarding authorizations. Customers using credit cards for recurring services authorize SouthBay Maids to retain credit card information to charge recurring and/or mutually agreed upon fees.

Cancellations / Lock-Outs

To allow us enough time to adjust route schedules, we require 24-hours notice of a non-emergency cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of service. If we’re unable to gain access to your service location at the appointed time, a lock-out fee equivalent to one hour service may be charged.

Right to Refuse Service

SouthBay Maids relies on our customers’ honest descriptions of their needs and circumstances in order to quote estimates over the phone. If the service order was not appropriate, SouthBay Maids reserves the right to decline the job at the door and charge a lost time & travel fee equivalent to one hour of service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of the service. A credit card charge back will result in an additional fee equivalent to one hour service plus any legal, collection, financing and recovery fees we incur as a result.

Terms of Service

SouthBay Maids Terms of Service (TOS) is available publicly at our website. We reserve the right to amend our Terms of Service at anytime. A current Terms of Service automatically replaces a previous one.
