But what we are not is a new cleaning service – our Los Angeles and Santa Monica branches have been around for over ten years, so we know what we’re doing. We are thrilled to be opening up a new branch in San Francisco; plus, it’s so much fun building a new website for our new clients! We firmly believe in one of our many mottos: “Clean to the Power of 2.” We employ two maids for the most basic jobs, bring all of our own supplies, and even practice “green cleaning,” if our customers like, at no extra cost. When we green clean, we only use products that are environmentally-friendly and safe for you and your home or business.
SouthBay Maids is licensed, bonded, and insured, and we make sure that our maids go through rigorous background checks before they begin working for us. All of our maids come with over five years of experience, so they know what they’re doing, have the experience to back it up, and are familiar with all current and modern cleaning methods. They work hard to ensure that you are 100% satisfied – it’s part of our guarantee. And if you’re not, SouthBay Maids will come back and clean again, at your request, no charge. We want to get it right the first time, but if we don’t, we make sure to fix it, so that you’re happy with your cleaning experience. That kind of solid work ethic is why we’ve been in business since 1999.
We’re used to cleaning all kinds of buildings – from homes, to offices, to home offices! We disinfect, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, clean, and remove all dirt, grime, and mold from your surfaces. We’ll even organize your furniture and other items as needed. SouthBay Maids are always extremely careful when handling your valuables, and if anything gets damaged, we repair or replace it at our cost. We try to do a perfect job every time we clean, but mistakes can happen. We want our clients to know that we’re on top of it, and will always do the right thing.
One of the things we’re most excited about, being in a new city, is meeting new clients! We love all of our customers equally, and always put our best into every cleaning service, but it’s thrilling for anyone – even cleaning companies – to make a brand-new start.
